Identification
Adults can grow to 8 cm in length, females being bigger than males. Antennae long, thin and black. Body and legs spineless. Whole body covered with black and green stripes and blotches, legs striped green and black, wings lace-like.

Range and habitat
The species occurs in South-east Asia, from east India to Vietnam, south to Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Java and Borneo. Occurs in humid forests and woodlands.

CITES : Not listed
Status : This species isn’t assessed but so far seems to remain fairly numerous locally in its big range. Rarely collected for the trade.
